Join me and Virtue for Women for a FREE HIIT with Heidi class! We will be sweating on top of the Harvest OC parking structure to fun music, moving the bodies God has given us, and fellowshipping with other ladies!
I will be selling my Today Notepad and Weekly Meals Notepad for anyone wanting to shop for Mother’s Day!
This event is for women only. Bring your mom, sister, and girlfriends for this spring get-together!
WHAT TO BRING:
- Wear workout attire and shoes
- Bring a yoga mat
- Water
- Towel (if you want one to dab your sweat off :) )
- A gal pal!
