About the event
Join me and other mamas at Spirit Christian Academy for a FREE HIIT with Heidi class! Drop your kiddos off at school, then come to the Upper Lot for a time to move and honor the body God has given you!
You'll enjoy a 45-minute workout (includes warm up and cool down/stretch) and end the morning with fellowship, coffee, and Fit with Heidi Notepad sales!
Grab your mama friends and let’s sweat!
WHAT TO BRING:
- Yoga Mat
- Water
- Towel (if you want one to dab your sweat off :) )
- Wear workout attire and shoes
