Join me and other mamas at Harvest OC Story Time for a FREE HIIT with Heidi class! Bring a friend, grandparent, or your husband to help watch your kids while you get this time to move and honor the body God has given you!

Story Time begins at 9:00 A.M. where your child and helper will have a fun time of worship and listening to a story, while mama is enjoying a 45-minute workout (includes warm up and cool down/stretch).

We’ll end the morning with fellowship, coffee, and Fit with Heidi Notepad sales!

WHAT TO BRING:

1. Your husband, grandparents, or friend to help with your kids!
2. Wear workout attire and shoes
3. Yoga Mat
4. Water
5. Towel (if you want one to dab your sweat off :) )
6. A mama friend to join you!
