About the event
Let's kick off summer! Join me and Virtue for Women for a FREE HIIT with Heidi class!
We will be sweating on top of the Harvest OC parking structure to fun music, moving the bodies God has given us, and fellowshipping with other ladies!
You'll enjoy a 45-minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout which includes warm up and cool down/stretch.
This event is for women only. All levels.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Wear workout attire and shoes
- Bring a yoga mat
- Water
- Towel (if you want one to dab your sweat off :) )
- A gal pal!
